Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are packed within 2-3 business days from the order date.

Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable.

LOST PACKAGES & DELAYED PACKAGE

We are not responsible once packages have been dropped off to the carrier and shipping labels have been scanned. This includes lost packages, delays, stolen packages, and packages that have been marked as delivered.

Please understand that after it leaves our studio, we have no control of what happens to the packages.

• Items lost in transit and shipped via Priority or UPS are automatically insured. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim.
